Mulberries are tiny little fruits with huge
health benefits. Mulberries are the fruits of certain species of trees in the
genus Morus belonging to the family Moraceae. The mulberry fruit, known as the
mulberry or just mulberry, has an outer layer of skin that is white to deep
pink and fleshy with sweet, creamy flesh inside that can be eaten raw or used
to make jams and sweets.
